- Goods in transit cover insurance (minimum cover $960 000)
- Certified copies of registration books (horse and trailer)
- Valid certificate of fitness
- Trade history/ reference (from at least 3 reputable companies)
- VAT certificates/ clearance certificate
- Banking details
- Proof of valid registration with PRAZ
- CR14 form
- CR6 form
- Lease agreement/ proof of ownership
- Tracking system confirmation letter
- GMB Transporters orientation certificates
